Then in the ninth he homered again - this time, it was a three-run bomb to make it 5-0. Naquin doubled his season home run total in Wednesday's game, starting the game with two and leaving with four.
Also Franmil Reyes became the first Indians player to have 10 hits in a three game series since Mike Hargrove did it in 1981 in a three game set against the Boston Red Sox. The tenth hit came in the ninth inning when he singled to right field.
Triston McKenzie continued to dazzle in his rookie Major League season. He went six innings, allowing just three hits while striking out six and walking none. McKenzie now holds a 1.69 era in 16 innings Junis was hit in the right arm in the fourth inning off the bat of Indians left fielder Josh Naylor. With the loss Junis falls to 0-1 with a 4.32 ERA.
